Job Role: Complaints Team Leader
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £28-33k + Attractive Benefits package


Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading financial service organisation, due to expansion there is a new Team Leader opportunity within the Complaints & Escalations team.

Reporting to the Service Resolution Manager, we are seeking an experienced manager who will have responsibility for management of the operation’s Complaints and Member Escalations team and supporting the management of key third party administration.

What does the role involve?

  • Overall management of the team responsible for employer complaints and escalations
  • Manage escalated complaints, liaising with internal and external partied to identify root cause
  • Assign workflows to ensure SLA’s are met in relation to processes
  • Carrying out probation and performance reviews
  • Supporting the team and setting objectives
  • Investigating root causes of data issues and reporting
  • Providing operations guidance and support to the business


Who are we looking for?

  • Proven Team Leader/Manager experience – min 2 years
  • IT Savvy – Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Problem solver
  • Financial services background advantageous
  • Excellent communicator
