Job Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Nottingham City Centre/Hybrid working
Pay Rate: £19,760-£22,800k doe
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm


We are looking for relationship builders who can build rapport over the telephone and that take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to their client base. This role will be based in Nottingham city centre and offers hybrid working.

We’re looking for candidates who can offer a worlds class customer support whilst investigating complaints.

What does the role involve:

  • Responding to customer complaints via telephone, email, and social media platforms
  • Identifying cause of complaint and managing employer relationships
  • Resolving all complaints within agreed time scales and company standards
  • Managing escalated complaints through to resolution
  • Updating and maintaining associated administration records
  • Keeping customers informed through to resolution
  • Working with internal contacts to ensure compliance

Who are we looking for?:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to be adaptable when dealing with multiple complaints
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Experience within a customer service or complaint handling is desirable
  • Good attention to detail
