Job role: Claims Handler
Salary: Up to £22,750
Hours: Monday-Friday/9am-5pm - Permanent
Location: Nottingham City Centre


We are looking for experienced Complaints/Claims Handlers to join a fun and friendly company in Nottingham city centre. The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services and experience handling escalated calls or complaints. 

Duties:

  • Taking ownership of customer complaints and queries
  • Evaluation and investigation into issues
  • Decision making 
  • Accurately recording claims and complaints
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining professionalism and adhering to regulatory guidelines and SLAs


Experience/Skills Required:

  • Customer service/call centre/complaints experience essential
  • Financial Services background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • MS Office
