Job Role: Complaints Handler

Pay Rate: £21,000

Location: Nottingham

Hours: Monday – Friday - Office Hours

Harper Recruitment Group are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join a fantastic organisation based in Nottingham city centre (hybrid working.)

Duties will include:

  • Managing complaints through to resolution in a timely manner
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients
  • Handling complex enquiries and escalated complaints and cases
  • Investigating customer issues
  • Working towards targets

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Customer service experience essential
  • Complaint handling
  • Ability to work on own initiative and independently
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Background in financial services advantageous
