Job role: Complaints Administrator
Salary: Up to £21,250
Hours: Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm - Permanent
Location: Nottingham City Centre
We are recruiting for a Complaints Administrator for our client in Nottingham city centre. As a Complaints Administrator, you will be responsible for logging and managing complaints and claims for the business and ensuring accuracy at all times. You will also be confident handling calls from customers and representing the company over the phone and via email.
