Job role: Complaints Administrator
Salary: Up to £21,250
Hours: Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm - Permanent
Location: Nottingham City Centre


We are recruiting for a Complaints Administrator for our client in Nottingham city centre. As a Complaints Administrator, you will be responsible for logging and managing complaints and claims for the business and ensuring accuracy at all times. You will also be confident handling calls from customers and representing the company over the phone and via email. 

Duties:

  • Logging customer complaints
  • Ensuring the database and case files are updated
  • Issuing letters and chasers where appropriate 
  • Handling queries received into the complaints inbox
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers wishing to make a complaint
  • Providing frequent updates to customers 

Skills/Experience Required: 

  • Experience within a similar Administration position
  • Background in Financial Services highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Organised and proactive
