Client Support Advisor
£11.40 per hour
Nottingham / Hybrid working
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading financial services organisation based in Nottingham City Centre. We are looking for a Client Support Advisor to work on a data validation project.
We’re looking for relationship builders who take pride in delivering high quality client service whilst achieving the project goals.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP until 29th March
What will the role involve?
- Making outbound calls and emails to Clients to assist them in improving their data quality
- Providing an excellent experience for all Clients whilst working to timescales and productivity benchmarks
- Recording all contact notes accurately into the CRM system
- Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
- Adhering to company processes and guidelines at all times
- Other administrative / client support duties as required
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service/admin experience
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
