Job Title: Client Relationship Advisor

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5:30 pm

Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading Financial Services company to find an experienced Client Relationship Advisor. Based in the Nottingham office, you'll support a team of financial advisors in a dynamic environment, handling client interactions and managing day-to-day servicing requests.

This role is based at the Nottingham office- after an initial training period a hybrid model of working will be implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist advisers with administrative responsibilities to help ensure a seamless client journey
• Schedule and manage adviser diaries for client reviews and inquiries
• Work closely with the Manager on a variety of projects
• Work with advisers and back office to ensure quick and compliant processing
• Resolve service issues, challenges, and complaints efficiently
• Support new business opportunities by engaging with advisers and colleagues
• Liaising with clients via email and telephone

Key Requirements:

• Experience of working in a customer facing or admin role is essential
• Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to thrive under pressure and think creatively
• Independent and team player with strong organisational skills
• Effective communication and IT skills, especially in Microsoft applications

This role is suitable for experienced individuals confident in Excel or those aspiring to become financial advisors.
