Job Role: Business Support Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25-30k DOE
An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning Nottingham business, our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
Reporting to the Directors you will provide all round business support, assisting with the onboarding on new starters, finance and invoicing administration.
What will the role involve?
Processing and chasing invoices
Generating remittances
Organising payment runs
Generating invoices
Assisting with payroll duties
Assisting with end of month figures, producing excel spreadsheets and league table
General administration support
Assisting with the onboarding on new starters
Recoding staff absence
Person Specification:
Proven Administration experience
Financial acumen and numerical skills
Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel
Excellent communicator – interpersonal/written/verbal skills
