Business Support Administrator

We are working with a unique organisation who organise funding and support from the government to local small businesses. They have a varied and vital role for an experienced administrator to be accountable for critical admin functions including project activity and reporting.
Duties will include:
- Processing funding applications and issuing offers accurately and in a timely manner
- Proving policy and government guideline information to various businesses
- Prepare quarterly reports using MS office applications
- Filing and auditing paperwork
- Assisting the wider project team
- Undertaking facilities support with weekly site meter readings and site inspections
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar admin support/project support role essential
- Ability to produce a standard of reports
- MS Office suite and confident IT user
- Project documentation experience
- Strong attention to detail and superb communication skills
The role is available on a fixed term contract basis until May 2022 due to funding and is subject to extension.
