Job Role: Billing Administrator
Salary: £26,000k 
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (hybrid)
Location: Nottingham

Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for an experienced Billing Administrator professional to join their team.

As a Billing Administrator reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic finance team. Your main focus will be on billing and credit control, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly bills on behalf of customers
• Conduct credit control activities as needed.
• Reconcile accounts when required.
• Assess and open accounts for new customers based on credit control guidelines.
• Regularly review debtors with the Finance Manager.
• Interface daily invoices and credits onto the finance system.
• Monitor and input e-commerce transactions on a daily basis.
• Manage month-end procedures and ledger.
• Reconcile monthly revenue at month-end.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working within a financial role and progressing invoices
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
• High attention to detail
• Ability to use initiative and problem solve
• Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude and a great team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbally)
