Harper Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a community-focused organisation. They’re looking for a proactive and friendly Administrator to keep day to day operations running smoothly and ensure staff, volunteers and service users receive exceptional support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, purpose driven environment and enjoys being the go to person for all things admin, communication and coordination.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing diaries and bookings, including meeting rooms, events and transport arrangements.
- Providing general office support, maintaining supplies, preparing paperwork and organising incoming/outgoing post.
- Scanning, organising and storing documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handling enquiries across email, phone, website and social media, ensuring messages reach the right people.
- Scheduling social media posts and supporting basic digital communication tasks.
- Supporting volunteer coordination, including sending reminders and assisting with activities.
- Maintaining registers and spreadsheets, ensuring information is saved correctly to shared drives.
- Completing basic CRM tasks, including uploading risk assessments and updating records.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, Canva and general digital confidence.
- A friendly, professional approach and the ability to engage with a wide range of people.
- Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and safeguarding principles.
- A collaborative mindset, happy to support colleagues and take direction when needed.
