Salary - £28k-£30k


We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy and friendly Account Management team based in West Bridgford.

This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in supporting account managers, coordinating jobs, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring customers receive an excellent service. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have strong administration and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and scheduling jobs with suppliers and contractors
  • Inputting and updating job information accurately onto internal systems
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales
  • Supporting the Account Management team with day-to-day administration
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing updates to customers regarding job progress
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with reporting and general office administration

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence speaking with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
