Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm
  • Saturdays, 10am–1pm
  • Days off: Wednesday & Sunday
Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with a well?established Sales & Lettings company based in Nottingham City Centre. We are seeking a dependable administrator to support their team throughout the summer. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and providing essential administrative support to their friendly, collaborative team. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries across both Lettings and Sales
  • Matching existing applicants with new properties as they become available 
  • Assisting in coordinating and booking viewings, keeping team diaries running smoothly and efficiently
  • Responding to emails via the central inbox with prompt responses 
  • Helping with general office tasks to keep the team organised and everything running seamlessly
What we’re looking for:
  • Excellent customer service & phone manner 
  • Attention to detail & administration 
  • Strong organisation & I.T literacy 
Important Information: 
  • Please note that this role is a temporary position over the summer period, expected until September 2026
  • This role is based in Nottingham city center, and you must be able to travel to this location. Whilst a driving licence is not essential, there may be the opportunity to conduct property viewings if you have one.
