Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful business based in Hucknall, Nottingham. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced/self motivated Planning Administrator to join the team on a full time, long-term contract to cover maternity leave until the end of 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for all planning and administrative tasks and play a key part in delivering a high standard of service through accurate planning, clear communication, and efficient administration. 

Key responsibilities:

• Raising new jobs and inputting on to the system

• Forwarding of new instructions to surveying team

• Scheduling of works and booking jobs with customers and sub-contractors.

• Provide job sheets and other relevant information to operatives

• Issue order numbers and order materials

• Liaise with customer and sub-contractors

• Filing of job files and quotes

• Carrying out monthly/weekly reports

• Dealing with general job queries from clients and customers

• Various administrative and data input duties

• Contacting customers to complete satisfaction surveys

• To comply with all Company policies and procedures

What we’re looking for: 

• Administrative experience 

• Self-motivated individual 

• Keen eye for detail 

What’s on offer:

• Weekly Pay 

• Long-term contract until the end of the year
