Harper Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a local Authority in the North of Nottingham. We are seeking an experienced administrator to join a dedicated team where your initiative and organisational skills will help ensure smooth operations and contribute positively to the work environment.
What will the role involve?
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings. - Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible. - Assist in booking appointments - Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory to support daily operations. - Support team members in various projects, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Who are we looking for?
• Minimum of 2 years Admin experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Communication skills (for dealing with tenants)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Preferred experience in similar accounting support or admin role
