Join our team! We are looking to recruit a process-driven Compliance Administrator to join our expanding team and support a key account. The role will be on an ongoing temporary basis initially.

What will the role involve?

• Assisting with a large compliance project for a key account
• Sending and chasing outstanding forms to candidates and ensuring the relevant right to work documents are obtained
• Carrying out employment reference checks
• Submitting DBS checks
• Updating Excel tracker
• Answering phone calls from Candidates and Clients
• Other admin duties as needed

• Experience in an office environment, administration experience desirable
• Process-driven
• Naturally ability to build rapport and relationships
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
• Professional telephone manner
