Role: Administrator
Salary: Up to £23,000k depending on experience
Location: Leicester
Contract: Initally one-year fixed term contract
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm office based


We are working with a unique organisation who organise funding and support from the government to local small businesses. They have a varied and vital role for an experienced Administrator to be accountable for critical admin functions including project activity and reporting.

Duties will include:

  • Support with day-to-day office and site requirements, including greeting visitors
  • Keeping accurate records, filing, photocopying
  • Diary management and providing hospitality to meetings
  • Logging and sorting incoming post and arranging outgoing post
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Routine maintenance and safety checks across the site
  • Undertaking facilities support with weekly site meter readings and site inspections

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities coordinator or administrative role
  • Ability to produce a standard of reports
  • MS Office suite and confident IT user
  • Project documentation experience
  • Strong attention to detail and superb communication skills
  • The role is available on a fixed term contract basis and is subject to extension.
