Job Role:  Administrator
Salary:      £22k
Location:  Derby
Hours:       Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with an industry specialist in Derby, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s commercial department. 

What will the role involve?

  • Contractor on boarding
  • Referencing
  • Contract issue and management
  • Management and issue of starter packs
  • Absence management and reporting
  • Contractor placement management
  • Contractor exit management
  • Supporting assessment days
  • Handling pay queries
  • Booking medicals
  • Excel reporting and tracking
  • Database input and management
Essential criteria:
  • Previous experience in a similar role – Admin, Office, Compliance, Policy, document control or similar
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • IT Savvy
  • A team player with great attention to detail
