Job Role: Administrator
Contract: Temp to Permanent
Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Harper Recruitment group have an exciting oppurtunity for an experienced Administrator to join the outpatient department of a private healthcare facility.

You must be highly reliable and available for an immediate start!

What will the role involve?

  • Booking outpatient appointments
  • Responding to enquiries via telephone and email
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Sending out booking confirmations
  • Maintaining and monitoring the practice appointment system
  • Data entry

Essential criteria:

  • Previous experience in administration
  • The ability to communicate with a wide range of people in a professional and caring way
  • Strong IT skills are an advantage
