Job Role: Administrator (temporary)
Salary:     £9ph
Location: Nottingham (remote working)
Hours:    20 hours across 4 days, 9am-2pm

Harper Recruitment Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a local organisation based in Nottingham. 

You will be working closely with the management team, providing administration support to the wider team. 

You must be available to start work immediately. 

What will the role involve?

  • Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and email queries
  • Inputting confidential client information into excel spreadsheets
  • Scheduling meetings on behalf of the management team
  • Recording all client contact onto CRM systems
  • Responsible for uploading all documents onto companies database

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven Customer Support experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Organised and ability to work at a fast pace
  • IT savvy – advanced excel skills
