Accounts/Office Manager

Job Role: Accounts & Office Administrator 

Location: Nottingham/Arnold

Salary:    £25k

Hours:    Monday - Friday 9-5

Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join a well-established family ran business.

Reporting in to the Company Director you will have full responsibility for the Accounts function, duties will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices for authorisation
  • Using Sage to process invoices/credits
  • Sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Quarterly VAT submission
  • Entering staff salaries on HMRC
  • Updating internal spreadsheets
  • Front of house duties – answering calls managing email inbox
  • Office management – ordering of stationery, vehicle servicing, facilities

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven Accounts/Finance experience
  • Knowledge of Sage 50
  • Attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work alone
