Job Role: Accounts & Office Coordinator
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00-4.30 with an early finish Friday
Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join a well-established family ran business.
Reporting in to the Company Director you will have full responsibility for the Accounts function, duties will include:
Processing purchase invoices for authorisation
Using Sage to process invoices/credits
Quarterly VAT submission
Entering staff salaries on HMRC
Updating internal spreadsheets
Front of house duties – answering calls managing email inbox
Office management – ordering of stationary, vehicle servicing, facilities
Who are we looking for?
Proven Accounts/Finance experience
Knowledge of Sage 50
Attention to detail with strong communication skills
Ability to work alone
