Job Role: Administrator (QuickBooks)
Pay Rate: £10-12ph
Location: Nottinghamshire (NG13)
Hours: Part Time - Tues/Weds/Thurs 8.30am-3.00pm
Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an Administrator who is proficient using QuickBooks to support the Financial Director for a successful hospitality business.
Duties will include:
Inputting Sales Invoices in to QuickBooks
Daily cash reconciliation of card sales
Administration support to include data entry & filing
Maintenance of vehicle fleet – i.e. organising MOT’s etc
Assisting the FD with ad-hoc duties
Skills/Experience Required:
Previous experience using QuickBooks
Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Well presented with strong attention to details
