Accounts Administrator

Are you an experienced accounts administrator looking for a part time opportunity? You will perform daily accounting tasks to support the finance team.
Duties will include:
Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
Entering financial transactions into internal databases
Checking spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintaining digital and physical financial records
Issuing invoices to customer and external partners
Participation in monthly accounts
Who are we looking for?
Previous accounts experience
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and finance regulations
MS Excel proficient (including formulas and v-lookups)
Experience using Sage 50 Accounts
