Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading motorsport insurance provider dedicated to delivering insurance solutions to clients in the fast-paced world of motorsport.

As a Motorsport Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the dynamic team, connecting with clients, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in insurance combined with your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will allow you to excel in this exciting and competitive industry.

What will the role involve?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with motorsport clients
• Handling enquiries, processing quotes
• Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads within the motorsport sector.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts and renewals
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their engagement, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably within the motorsport or sports marketing field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze client needs.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
