Account Executive

Job Role: Account Executive
Salary: £22-25k + attractive benefits package
Location: Nottingham – Remote based

Harper Recruitment group are proud to be working partnership with a leading international corporate property broker. Due to continued success our client is looking for an Account Executive to work with their international clients.

You will be responsible for sourcing office space solutions across global markets, developing relationships and presenting options to clients.

What will the role involve?

• Understand customers’ requirements, identify opportunities and propose solutions
• Completing comprehensive geographical searches
• Confirming broker terms and fee’s, recording all costings for proposals
• Producing market appraisals
• Researching potential customer prospects
• Liaising with Account Managers and Operations managers regarding proposals
• Arranging client viewing appointments
• Updating company CRM and Portals with all information

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years Administration or Customer Service experience
• An enthusiastic team player
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to forge long lasting relationships
• IT Savvy – Excel/Word/PowerPoint
