We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-oriented individual to join a well-established property management and lettings team. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with attention to detail, offering a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office and field-based work.

You will meet prospective tenants, showcase available rental properties, and carry out regular property inspections. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every client has a positive experience and that all properties are well-maintained and accurately reported on.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective tenants across a range of rental properties

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and represent the company professionally at all times

• Carry out scheduled property inspections, recording findings accurately and promptly

• Communicate effectively with the lettings and property management teams to ensure smooth processes

• Keep thorough records of all visits, viewings, and inspections

• Manage daily schedules efficiently and maintain punctuality for all appointments

• Ensure the company vehicle is kept in good condition and ready for daily use

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Professional, approachable, and confident communication style

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Keen eye for detail when inspecting properties

• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

• Previous experience in lettings, property management, or customer service is desirable but not essential
