What are the benefits of registering with the Harper Recruitment Group?
The Harper Recruitment Group have been established for 31 years, we are a reputable agency and have access to 100's of top companies within the East Midlands. We manage your application and liaise with the client on your behalf. We can offer CV feedback, interview advice and can negotiate salaries and benefits at offer stage.
How do I register with Harpers?
Easy! Simply send your CV to us via our website or email it to email@example.com
If your CV or skillset matches any of our current live vacancies, we will ask for you to pop in and meet us for a chat!
How much does it cost to register?
Our service to candidates is free of charge!
I've seen a role i'm interested in, how do I apply?
All of our current live vacancies are available to view on our website. To apply, simply click 'Apply now' fill out the form, and attach your CV. Your CV will be sent on to the relevant Recruitment Consultant dealing with the position.
Will Harpers send my CV to Clients without contacting me?
No NEVER! We only present your details to a client after we have spoken with you about the vacancy, and received your permission to send your CV.
You have asked me to bring in some documents to prove my right to work in the UK and my Identification... why do you need these?
As an agency, it is our responsibility to check your right to work in the UK and to prove your identity. For temporary staff, we will be your legal employer so we need to hold this information securely. For Permanent positions, it is our duty as an agency to ensure we hold this information for our clients.
Can I apply for more than one job at a time?
Yes, you can apply and be put forward for as many roles as we deem you suitable for. If you get an offer from more than one of the roles, the choice is all yours!
I have sent my CV to Harpers, why haven't I had a response?
At Harpers we appreciate contact from potential candidates. There could be a number of reasons why a recruiter may have not been in contact.
1. Our clients may have asked for specific skills and experience that you don't have.
2. You might not have the right skills or experience that match the other candidates on our database.
If you have not heard from a consultant within three working days please assume that you have not been successful on this occasion.
It's not the end if you have not heard back from us within three working days, we will keep your CV on our database so that if we match you with a suitable vacancy, we can get in touch.
Is your service confidential?
Absolutely, yes! You can rely on us to be discreet and confidential. We do not share any of your information without your permission.
