Our Property Division has gone from strength to strength since launching a year ago, and we’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help grow the desk even further.

You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of clients while building new relationships, sourcing top property professionals and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from start to finish.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Developing new business opportunities and growing your client portfolio.

• Recruiting for a range of roles across the property sector, supporting local estate agency branches and property businesses with their hiring needs.

• Managing the complete candidate journey, from registration and interview through to offer and placement.

• Building strong relationships with clients, including Directors and HR professionals, becoming their trusted recruitment partner.

• Matching high-quality candidates to suitable opportunities while ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.

• Motivated by targets and delivering outstanding results.

• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

• Experienced in recruitment or currently working within the property industry and ready to transition into recruitment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
