Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful business based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Receptionist to join the team, where you will be responsible for welcoming people to the office, organising meeting rooms and general reception duties.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and managing arrivals, ensuring a professional and friendly experience

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and external contacts

• Liaising with vendors, contractors and suppliers as required

• Managing incoming and outgoing post, including sorting and distributing deliveries

• Setting up and preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for meetings and presentations

What we’re looking for: 

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner

• Ability to keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy, presentable and ready for use

• Experience greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact

• Proactive approach to managing deliveries, post and day-to-day office requests

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience (desirable but not essential)
