Harper Recruitment Group is supporting a fast-paced, product-based business in Nottingham. As the company continues its strong growth trajectory, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Offline Marketing Manager to take ownership of all traditional marketing activity and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence across print, retail, trade and instore channels.

This is a newly created, high-impact role reporting directly into the CEO. You will lead from the front, set the strategic vision for offline marketing, and build a function that strengthens brand visibility, supports product launches, drives customer engagement and underpins long-term commercial growth.

This position is ideal for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a scaling environment and wants to make a measurable difference from day one.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing the offline marketing strategy across print, catalogues, POS, trade marketing, events and brand campaigns
• Leading all offline marketing output and ensuring consistent messaging, tone of voice and visual identity
• Producing printed materials including brochures, catalogues, product sheets, packaging,in store displays and trade collateral
• Managing product marketing, understanding product ranges, customer needs and competitor positioning
• Coordinating events, exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations and brand activations
• Working with external partners including print suppliers, creative agencies, PR partners and production houses
• Managing the marketing budget and ensuring offline spend delivers measurable ROI
• Collaborating with sales, operations and leadership to align offline activity with commercial priorities
• Leading brand development projects including packaging refreshes, product launches, retail rollouts and new service propositions

What we’re looking for:

• Senior offline marketing experience within a product-based, retail, manufacturing or B2B environment
• Proven ability to build a marketing function from the ground up
• Experience working within a larger organisation and bringing structure, process and best practice into a growing SME
• Strong background in traditional brand, print, catalogue, POS and trade marketing
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
• Strong commercial mindset with confidence analysing campaign performance and offline ROI
• Creative yet commercially focused approach to brand and campaign development
• Experience in product-led, distribution or logistics environments is highly advantageous
