An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established, forward-thinking property business in Newark. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the wider team to secure successful lets across the regional portfolio
- Manage tenancy applications from first enquiry to move-in, ensuring full legal and compliance accuracy
- Attend property viewings, delivering exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally
- Maintain clear communication with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth tenancy setups
- Support the management of the property portfolio with a strong focus on health & safety compliance
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance and contractor activity
- Arrange and process property visits, inventories, check-outs and deposits
- Provide essential administrative support to keep the office running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in lettings or property management is desirable
- Genuine ambition to progress within the lettings industry
- Strong understanding of property compliance and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
- Confident with administration, IT systems and numerical tasks
- Ability to follow processes and maintain high professional standards
