Key responsibilities:

• You’ll be at the heart of the sales journey, helping buyers and sellers every step of the way
• Take ownership of property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance throughout the process
• Negotiate confidently to secure the best outcomes for all parties while keeping sales progressing smoothly
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and maintain regular communication with clients, delivering a first-class service
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to keep transactions on track
• Maintain accurate records, manage enquiries and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong negotiation abilities with a commercial mindset
• The drive to achieve targets while working collaboratively within a supportive team
• Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle (Essential)
