They are looking for a capable and passionate HR Business Partner to help shape the future of the company. The successful HR Business Partner will be experienced in creating a HR function from grass roots and will be excited by the opportunity to create a robust HR function and an inclusive, vibrant people culture.

What will the role involve?

• Working as part of the SMT to create a robust HR business plan
• Act as the centralised contact for all HR related queries
• Work with stakeholders to identify people challenges
• Collate evidence and data to identify people priorities
• Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency
• Create a culture centralised around the business objectives
• Identify training requirements and build people development plans

• Previous experience in a HR BP role or similar
• Ability to demonstrate sophisticated emotional intelligence building meaningful relationships.
• CIPD Level 5 or qualified by experience
• Experience of creating HR strategies against company objectives
• Experience within a commercial, fast growth business advantageous
