We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Graduate to join our team and support our continued growth. The role will combine creative marketing tasks with research, telephone-based contact qualification and lead generation. You’ll play an important part in supporting our consultants with their marketing requests, maintaining accurate CRM data and identifying opportunities to help grow the business.

Key responsibilities: 

• Supporting consultants with marketing requests, helping to promote vacancies, services and sector-specific activity
• Creating engaging social media content for LinkedIn and other channels
• Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns to clients, prospects and candidates
• Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, blogs and other promotional content
• Updating website content to ensure information is accurate, relevant and up to date
• Helping coordinate events, networking opportunities and other promotional activities
• Monitoring marketing activity and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement
• Generating leads and qualifying prospective client contacts over the telephone, establishing relevant information and identifying potential recruitment needs
• Building and maintaining lists of contacts and relevant decision-makers, ensuring CRM records are accurate and up-to-date

What we’re looking for: 

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and keen to develop their skills across sales and marketing. You’ll be comfortable communicating with different people and have a creative approach to marketing.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence speaking to people over the telephone and communicating professionally with prospective clients
• Good research skills and the ability to identify potential business opportunities
• An interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in business development
