Harper Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting a successful and thriving creative design agency in their search for an ambitious Graphic Designer.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer looking to develop their career within a collaborative and creative environment. You’ll work closely with senior designers and account managers, creating high-quality, on-brand work for a key client account.

The role would suit someone who enjoys turning briefs into engaging creative concepts, has a strong eye for detail, and is keen to develop their experience across branding and wider client projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating high-quality graphic design and artwork for a dedicated client account.
• Working collaboratively with the creative team to develop ideas and creative solutions.
• Taking standard briefs and turning them into engaging, considered designs that enhance and develop the brand.
• Working closely with the Head of Design and Account Managers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Producing work that consistently meets high standards of quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
• Ensuring meticulous attention to layout, typography and visual detail across all creative outputs.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.

What you'll bring:

• Previous professional experience working as a Graphic Designer is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft, OfficeGoogle Workspace and Powerpoint. 
• Experience with Figma and/or Canva would be advantageous.
• A strong eye for design, typography, layout and visual consistency.
• The ability to take a brief, develop creative ideas and translate them into polished final artwork.
• A collaborative approach and confidence sharing ideas with senior team members.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A genuine passion for design and a desire to continue developing your creative career.
