Job Role: Warehouse Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Pay rate: £16-17k
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a luxury interior design company based on the Nottingham /Derby border.
You will be joining a friendly and professional team, providing administration support within the Customer Service team.
What will the role involve?
• Providing an excellent customer support to retail customers
• Answering inbound calls handling orders and customer enquiries
• Liaising with couriers and retail stores to organise deliveries/collections
• Managing returns ensuring customer SLA’s are adhered to
• Assisting with warehouse duties, preparing services parts for dispatch
• Providing administration support to department -sending out order acknowledgements
Who are we looking for?
• Proven Administration/Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Team player
