Job Role: Temporary Secretary
Location: Derby City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a local boutique property company in Derby City centre . My client are seeking an experienced Secretary to provide a professional support to cover for a 6-8 period
Supporting a team of 3 Directors
Audio typing of correspondence
Managing diary systems
Screening and fielding calls, acting as point of contact
Organising meetings and travel arrangements
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Producing correspondence, presentations and Excel
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
Proven experience within a similar role providing secretarial/PA support
Must be highly organised
Strong communication skills
Proficient with Excel
Able to hit the ground running
