Job Role: Temporary Operations Administrator
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Pay rate: £8.21-9.34ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a successful organisation based in Nottingham City Centre, due to a seasonal peak our client are looking for an immediate start to join their team.
What will the role involve?
• Supporting financial teams with administration duties
• Producing reports using Excel and in house systems
• Providing advice and progress reports to clients
• Updating client case files
• Producing correspondence
• Ensuring projects and events are kept in line with deadlines
Who are we looking for?
• Proven Administration experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT savvy - good working knowledge of Excel
