Job Role: Temporary E-Commerce Administrator
Hours: 37.5 Hours
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a leading wholesaler, who do to recent expansion have a position within their E-commerce department.
Our client is looking for an Administrator who have a passion for providing a high level of customer care, you will act as a key part of the business ensuring a seamless service to their valued customer base.
What will the role involve?
Responding to queries regarding customer orders
Processing orders, entering all details on to in house systems
Following up on returns claims
Contacting customers regarding order resolutions
Booking & coordinating couriers
Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
Completing all required administration
The successful E-Commerce Administrator will meet the following criteria:
Excellent attention to detail
Proven customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and adapt
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
