Job Title: Temporary Customer Helpline Operator
Pay Rate: £8.50-£9.25ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30/9-5.30pm
We are currently looking to recruit applicants with world class customer service skills to provide assistance on a contract basis. You will be joining a dedicated team supporting members with a wide variety of customer quires.
Receive incoming calls from both new and existing members
Investigating and resolving customer issues
Chasing applications and background vetting
Logging all information and producing email correspondence
Completing all required administration
Proven customer service/call centre experience
Strong communication skills
You will be IT literate and have worked with CRM systems
Ability to handle high call volumes
