Job Role: Client Support Administrator (6 months)
Salary: £8.72ph
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5


Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading financial services organisation based in Nottingham City Centre.

We are looking for an administrator to join on a temporary basis.

What will the role involve?

  • Handling customer inbound queries via email and telephone
  • Updating personal records and details
  • Booking appointments for customers 
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues
  • Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
  • Completing all required administration


Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
