Are you an experienced Service Desk Engineer who is looking for a new and exciting role for a progressive employer who provide full industry training and support?

Or maybe you are an Engineer within the Fire/Security sector looking to change lanes, down tools and enjoy working from a well-appointed office providing remote support?

We have a unique and incredibly exciting opportunity to join an emerging business who are raising the standard of service delivery within the Fire Protection industry. They provide innovative software solutions to a range of UK and oversees clients that supports the delivery of a superior customer experience.

Duties include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services provided
  • Acting as the primary contact for new customer queries
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries
  • Provide phone, email, and video support to customers
  • Generating client reports and maintaining the integrity of client information
  • Logging daily activity in the CRM system

Skills/Experience required: 
  • Previous experience in providing technical support; hardware and software solutions
  • Knowledge or experience within the Fire/Security sector advantageous
  • Technical aptitude with strong and personable communication style
  • Passionate, driven and customer centric
