Duties include:
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services provided
- Acting as the primary contact for new customer queries
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Provide phone, email, and video support to customers
- Generating client reports and maintaining the integrity of client information
- Logging daily activity in the CRM system
Skills/Experience required:
- Previous experience in providing technical support; hardware and software solutions
- Knowledge or experience within the Fire/Security sector advantageous
- Technical aptitude with strong and personable communication style
- Passionate, driven and customer centric
