Job Role: Administrator
Salary: £20,000
Location: Retford
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-6pm & Friday 8am-12pm
Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Administrator to work on site at a power station near Retford. This is a varied role and would suit a senior administrator with a background in construction or similar.
What will the role involve?
• Coordinating and completing site documentation, site safety and waste documentation
• Responding to incoming mail
• Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and data
• Booking training and medicals as required to ensure necessary
certificates are always in date
• Completing weekly timesheets for site operatives from the daily register, and liaising with payroll department to resolve any payroll queries.
• Reception Duties
• Supporting the Site Manager with any other adhoc Admin duties as required
Essential criteria:
• Administration experience essential
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organisational skills
• IT skills including MS Office
• Driving licence and own vehicle essential due to location
• Background in construction, demolition or similar desirable but not essential
