I am looking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive who is commercially aware of digital marketing.
My award-winning well-established client who specialise in brand, bespoke print digital and distribution for many of the UK’s leading brands are expanding once again.
As my client continuously exceed expectation, they will expect this high standard from the recruit.
Bring on new business, b2b in area of your choice.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of design and print sales - the whole process to be able to discuss, understand, support, up sell and to clients as my client provides a fully integrated marketing communications solutions, from the initial consultation, branding and design through to the high-quality print, storage and fulfilment
Be able to create ideas and solutions to help reach objectives
Be brand aware and be able to explain our client’s high-quality production facilities
This is almost purely a new business sales 90/10 account management, they do run campaigns but general your own lead generation, there will be an expectation of calls, estimates, appointments and invoicing per month
Ideally must be able to bring clients on immediately to warrant the higher salary
Able to give a realistic forecast for 1st year
Must have a driving license
Depending on experience basic £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 negotiable
Must be target driven circa £350k per annum

Commission 2% on all sales and 1% monthly bonus if target achieved. A further bonus can be negotiated for annual targets met/exceeded

37.5 hrs per week, with an expectation of getting stuck in where necessary
