What will the role involve?:
Providing support to customers experiencing financial difficulties
Investigating accounts and expenditures to arrange affordable repayment plans
Advising customers on sustainable solutions to their credit problems
Handling calls in a supportive and reassuring manner
Using empathy and patience to ensure customers feel comfortable and safeguarded
Processing customer payments using CRM systems
Who are we looking for?
You will need to be a great communicator with effective listening and questioning skills
Previous experience within housing or social care environment desirable
A high level of self-motivation and positive attitude
