Job Role: Sales Officer (Temp to Perm)
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Hours: 37.5 Hours

You will be joining one of Nottingham's success stories. responsible for the cross sell and retention activity for existing customers.
What will the role involve?
Receiving calls and emails from existing clients wishing to cancel their agreements
Using listening skills to identify cross sell opportunities
Assisting the marketing team with delivery of campaigns
Providing the best solutions to prevent the customer terminating their contracts
Making outbound calls to carry out customer satisfaction surveys and generate leads
Responsible for retaining old and existing customers
The successful Sales will meet the following criteria:
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Ability to meet and achieve targets
