Job Role: Sales & Finance Administrator
Pay Rate: £18-21k Dependant on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.
Harper Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity for an innovative business to join their Project and Finance team.
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to oversee the daily internal sales and finance process.
Duties will include:
Ensuring an efficient process of sales orders and invoices
Using Sage 200 to raise invoices and reconcile accounts
Arranging travel and accommodation for the sales team
Producing reports for the Financial Accountant
Building relationships with suppliers, project and support teams
Managing email inbox, responding to a high level of correspondence
Producing and qualifying sales quotations
Providing general administration and reception cover on an ad-hoc basis
Previous Sales Administration experience
Accounts/Finance knowledge desirable
Good attention to detail
IT Savvy - Sage/Excel and CRM Databases
