Job Role: Recruitment/HR Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a national healthcare provider just a stones throw from Derby City Centre, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment/HR Administrator to join our client for 12 week project.
What will the role involve?
Providing administration support within a busy recruitment team
Liaising with line managers and applicants to organise interviews and chase for feedback
Carrying out background vetting and pre-employment checks
Placing job adverts
Assisting with new starter on boarding process
Issuing contracts for new and existing staff
Providing full administration support
Maintaining personnel files
Recording and monitoring holidays and sickness
Proven administration experience
Background within recruitment advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills
A team player with great attention to detail
