Part Time Receptionist
£18,000 (Pro rata)
Are you a smart, smiley and professional person with previous receptionist/front of house experience?
We are recruiting on behalf of a global business who have impressive offices in Calverton to undertake a combination of Reception and Admin duties.
Applicants must be available to work Monday’s and Tuesday’s 08.30 – 17.00 and Wednesday 08.30 – 13.00.
Duties will include:
• Welcoming employees and visitors to the head office as part of an efficient front of house service
• Ensuring visitors sign in and out at reception
• Dealing with deliveries and collections
• Ensuring the post is processed and distributed in a timely manner
• Arranging hospitality as required
• Assisting with health and safety tasks and audits
Skill and experience required:
• Previous in a similar front facing Reception role advantageous
• Well presented with strong people skills and a welcoming manner
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a busy team
• Good IT skills – MS Office
• Ability to provide holiday/sickness cover when required
